OUR STORY

 

Started in 2020 After spending years in the car industry. We decided it was time to change the way people buy or sell a car. This is what brought us to LEADR.  

In a world where car dealerships are often associated with pushy sales tactics, hidden fees, and untrustworthy practices, we felt the responsibility to change it. Too often we found our clients having a frustrating encounter with a dealership that left them feeling undervalued & unfulfilled. 

These experiences ignited a passion within us to revolutionise the industry. We envisioned a dealership where clients came first, where transparency was the cornerstone, and where trust was the currency of every transaction. With this vision, we embarked on a journey to create  LEADR, which would redefine the customer experience. Doing things the way they should have been done all along.

 

Every aspect of the business was designed to put clients' needs above all else. We prioritised fair pricing, honest vehicle histories, and a no-pressure sales approach. The goal was not just to sell cars but to create lasting relationships with fanatic customers.

As we began to grow, we saw the impact of our efforts. Clients came in, not with skepticism, but with trust. They felt heard and understood. They know that we are in the business of making their lives better, not just turning a profit. 

 

For this story to become an inspiration for others. To know that even in industries marred by negative stereotypes, change is possible. For LEADR to be a testament to the power of putting clients first and we are proud to be at the forefront of a brighter, more customer-centric automotive future.
